This project was not well designed with poor instructions. But they looked pretty and I wanted to try. When I set them up for display it will need some creative placement.

Fiasco card

This card almost got trashed. The original paper I used to emboss was too thin and started to fall apart when I started to work with it. Hopefully it is not too apparent the difficulty, since it is for Mom.

Star Book part two

This is where it gets its name.

Here I experimented with making a book that I have just learned how to put it together. I used two different hand made papers and some Canson paper. The hand made paper ended up being to thin, not enough stiffness. I also cut the holes in the third layer too big so that the pretty paper is not visible. It was a great learning project. I love the form so will try again.
